Digital Products (E-Books & Bundles)

All digital products (PDF downloads and bundles) are non-refundable once purchased, as they are delivered instantly to your email.

If you experience issues with downloading or accessing your files, please contact us and we will gladly assist in re-sending your order.
Physical Products (Printed Books)

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if your book arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.

To request a return, please email us with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

Returned books must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your book for the same title, please contact us.
